Career Pathing and Upskilling Program

Includes a range of initiatives and resources that are designed to support our employees throughout their career journeys. We offer a range of training programs and workshops to qualified employees that are designed to help enhance their skills and become more effective in their fields.

Our managers work closely with employees to identify opportunities for growth and development, and we offer active coaching and mentoring on actual tasks to help our team members achieve their goals.

We have a comprehensive performance management system in place that is designed to help our employees set and achieve meaningful goals. Our system includes regular feedback, coaching, and recognition, as well as opportunities for stretch assignments and special projects.

Green Footprint Initiative

We are committed to being a responsible and sustainable corporate citizen. Our Energy source is a Hybrid Solar and patented Perpetual Motion battery that gives the company 90% of its electrical energy needs. Not only does this help lessen carbon footprint, but it also helps the company save finances that is in turn being used to provide more benefits to the employees.

Synergy Builders and Catalyst Leadership Program

This program is specifically built to make new leaders and improve their ability to handle teams and Identify as well as self-evaluate to further develop themselves. They will also be given a chance to earn by being given the opportunity to speak at one of the company events, seminars, and conferences.

We facilitate networking and collaboration opportunities across teams and departments, both in-person and virtually. This helps our employees build relationships, share knowledge and best practices, and explore new ideas.

Referral Partnership Program

Employees automatically qualify to become referral partners. Every time a Referral Partner refers qualified Employees or Service Contractors, as soon as the referral Qualifies, the Referral partner will be receiving the Referral Bonus of PHP 1,500 per qualified referral. There is no limit to the number of people the Referral Partner can refer. To make it even sweeter PHP 1,500 will also be granted to referrals upon their qualification.

Through The Glass Scholarship Program

Loyal employees are given the opportunity to qualify for the company’s scholarship program. This program covers anywhere from a grant in aid to a full scholarship. Once earned, the scholarship or grants-in-aid granted can be awarded by the qualified employee/service contractor to anyone they wish to give it to.

PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES’ PERKS


Transportation Service

A budget will be added to the transportation service to accommodate employees with the Transport Service to provide a safe means of travel for the employee in going to the office and coming home provided the Employee can observe Safety Routes and Prompt Time Schedule Pickups for each location. Details of the Pick-Up Locations and other guidelines are available in the Transport Handbook.

Birthday Celebrations

Every year on the Employee’s birth month, the company will host a celebration for the Employee’s Anniversary Party to be celebrated on the First Monday (or the first start of the week working day if Monday is a Holiday) of the month with their co-workers.

Christmas Party Celebrations

Christmas parties will be scheduled to take place on the first Sunday of December, by establishing a fixed date for these celebrations, we can minimize holiday complications for all our team members. This aims to ensure that everyone can plan accordingly and fully enjoy the festivities without conflicting with other holiday commitments.
